The license

Nitsend is free for your first 25 captures. After that, a key costs $9, once. A key is a lifetime license for Nitsend 1.x: every 1.x release, for one person, on every machine that person uses, on macOS, Windows, or Linux. There’s no account and no subscription. The key is checked offline, on your machine.

Please don’t share your key with other people or publish it. If a team wants Nitsend, each person buys their own.

Refunds

If Nitsend isn’t for you, reply to your receipt within 30 days of buying and say so. You’ll get a full refund, no questions asked.

What you send, and your agent

Nitsend runs on your machine. It sends your captures and notes only to the command you configure, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or OpenCode. Those tools are made by other companies and have their own terms. You’re responsible for what you capture and where you send it.

No warranty

Nitsend is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Hassion Studio isn’t liable for any damages from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your key.

Who you’re dealing with

Nitsend is sold by Hassion Studio, Inc. Payments are processed by Stripe. Questions about these terms: drew@hassion.studio.
