The Nitsend app

Nitsend runs locally. It sends nothing anywhere, except what you send yourself through the command you configure, like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, or your own script. What goes along is exactly what you see in the compose box: your captures, your notes, and the app name and window title chips.

Captures, recordings, and prompts stay in ~/Nitsend on your computer until you delete them. Nothing is written to the Desktop. Nitsend doesn’t read window contents, your clipboard, or other windows.

Your license key is checked offline, on your machine. The Nitsend app itself sends no analytics.

This website

This website uses PostHog to understand how people find and use it: pages visited, where you came from, and clicks on things like Download and Buy. It sets a first-party cookie for that. We don’t run ads, don’t track you across other sites, and never sell data.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Payments go through Stripe, which handles your card details; we never see them. Stripe tells us your email address so we can send your key and handle refunds. If you use the key recovery form, we use your email only to send your keys.
